WHAT IS THE PROCESS ?
STEP1 : You need to register for our Tech Assist Recruitment services by paying a refundable* deposit of Rs. 5000 +gst.
STEP2: We will identify suitable candidates for your requirements so that you can interview them.
STEP3: Once you finalize the candidate you can issue him the offer letter.
STEP4: You have to make payment of 8.33% of Annual CTC+gst as service charges to us (minus Rs 5000+gst paid as deposit).
STEP5: Our team will do an orientation to get the candidate upto speed and also enroll him in our MIS Group for support.
STEP6: If candidate leaves or you don't find him suitable within 3 months we will provide replacement.
*Deposit paid will be refunded if no suitable candidate can be identified by us for placement within 3 months of receiving the advance.

HOW MANY CV's WILL YOU PROVIDE: Please note that we test and pre-select the candidates for their spreadsheet skills, behavioural skills etc to filter out the most suitable candidates for this position. Such candidates are rare and we reject 80-90% of resumes, so please do not expect a large number of candidates for selection.
HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE: This process may take 4-8 weeks or longer depending upon your location.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE CANDIDATES FOR OTHER PROFILES: Yes we also do limited profiles like EA, PA etc. For more details contact Kavita.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU CATER TO: We cater to Pan India locations.
WHAT KIND OF SKILLS WILL HE|SHE HAVE: Please also note that these candidates will have spreadsheet skills but will not be trained on CEOITBOX Sheets. However we will help in training them and also provide necessary support to bring them up to speed. Please also note that candidates will not be trained on Scripting as this is a different profile altogether with much higher salary bracket.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU PROVIDE TO CANDIDATES: We provide training videos, training websites, access to our helpdesk, live training. All candidates are added to a DME Whatsapp Group where special support is provided for any questions. MIS Saturdays: Training is done every 2nd Saturday for important issues.
WHAT KIND OF SALARY SHOULD I EXPECT TO PAY?:
Based on our experience this is the Salary\Experience profile of candidates for this post.
Advanced Excel trained Fresher - 15k-20k/month
Advanced Excel trained + Experience (1-3 years) - 25k-35k
Google sheet trained Fresher - 20-25k
Google sheet trained + Experience (2-4 years) - 30k-50k
Terms & Conditions
We charge 8.33% of the Annual CTC or 1 Month Salary.
The same will be payable to CEOITBOX Tech Services LLP will be applicable post your confirmation for the candidate.
Registration Fee: We charge a registration fee of Rs. 5000+gst for registration. The same is adjustable against our final fee of 8.33% of annual ctc.
REFUNDS: No refunds are provided for the Rs5000 advance payment made for our placement services. This payment covers our effort to understand client requirements, search, interview and test candidates. We will continue to provide CVs until the position is filled, but we will not refund the advance payment. We can also take tests for any CV's provided by you against this fee.
Once the candidate has joined no refund will be provided. However, we provide a 90 days free replacement period according to the same profile.
